Silver Suites Residences provides fully furnished luxury apartments for temporary and relocating business travelers and individuals in New York City. We provide accommodations for business professionals, consultants, and project managers on short term assignments away from home. We assist large and small corporations with housing for relocating employees or employees on temporary project assignments. We also assist medical personnel on internships as well as medical patients and their families.

What is included at Silver Suites Residences?

Silver Suites Residences furnishes every apartment with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Our apartments include furniture, housewares cook wares, linens, home electronics, and decorative items. A flat screen TV is standard in all of our apartments. Utilities, domestic telephone service, wireless internet, cable, and fitness center membership are provided and included.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Silver Suites Residences locations are pet friendly. We accept cats and dogs under 50 pounds that are non-aggressive breeds.

Is there a minimum stay?

Based upon availability, we accommodate guests for 6 months or longer at Silver Towers and for 30 days or longer at Beekman Tower.

Are laundry facilities available?

On-site complimentary laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. An iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment. We also offer dry cleaning, tailoring and laundry services for an additional charge.

What size apartments do you have available?

We offer multiple size floor plans for studio, one, and two bedroom apartments, with three bedroom apartments available at some Silver Suites Residences locations.
